These two and I had quite an adventure during their session. Courtney is amazing for wearing those purple heels as we walked the nature trails at Sweet Water State park, searching for the perfect place to take photos. I know her feet were sore the next day, but seriously, those are the cutest shoes!! We looked at a map and chose a path that had a bridge. It was a little bit of a trek to get there, but it was totally worth it. To add to the excitement, as we were walking back to the car, a snake crossed our path. Not wanting to bother him, we took a shortcut through the woods and ended up in another parking lot. Luckily, I had my phone, and with the help of the GPS, we found our way over half a mile back to our cars. I wish I would have thought to take a picture of the snake, but I think I got the photos of the things that really matter.
The love these two have for each other is perfect. I was happy to see that they were not afraid to be themselves and have fun. Their silly faces and smiles made the session that much more great!!
